Shruti Srivastava is the Founder of Bold and Beautiful and Your Harmonic Flow, a transformational platforms dedicated to women’s empowerment, emotional wellness, and inner healing.

She is a respected Life Empowerment Coach, Emotional Wellness Expert, and EFT Practitioner who has helped countless women rise above emotional pain, health challenges, trauma, and self-doubt to step into their true power.

An engineer by profession with a successful career in leading media and multinational companies, Shruti’s journey took a profound turn when motherhood became the catalyst for her awakening.

After a decade-long wait to become a mother and battling a high-risk pregnancy filled with uncertainty, prayers, and relentless treatments, she gave birth to a premature yet miraculously healthy baby boy — an experience that became the foundation of her faith and resilience.

But soon after, she faced another battle.
The physical toll of medications, extreme weight gain, and a thyroid diagnosis pushed her into emotional exhaustion. At 95 kgs, drained of energy and struggling to keep up with motherhood, she reached a breaking point — That moment shattered her… and awakened her.

Determined to reclaim her health, her happiness, and her motherhood, Shruti committed to a rigorous 3-months of healing program.

Through discipline, emotional release, and immense inner strength, she reversed her thyroid naturally, lost 30 kgs, and returned home not just healthier — but transformed.

This transformation became her life’s mission.

Shruti realised that a woman’s true strength lies within her mind, her emotions, and her Shakti. She founded Bold and Beautiful and Your Harmonic Flow communities to guide women through their deepest struggles — including stress, anxiety, weight issues, infertility journeys, relationship challenges, parenting pressures, inner child wounds, trauma, and emotional blockages.

Today, Shruti is celebrated for her compassionate presence, intuitive coaching style, and powerful healing techniques that help women break through limitations and create emotional freedom. She inspires women to rise above fear, dissolve negative beliefs, heal their inner world, and step into a life of strength, balance, and joy. SHE HAS WON MANY AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS OVER DIFFERENT PLATFORMS AND MAGZINES.
